Terms of Service

Agent Selector helps you choose, build, and run AI agents. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for how you configure agents and for actions you authorize them to take on your connected accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate a third party's terms;
• send spam, deceptive, or abusive communications;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• attempt to defeat usage limits, spend caps, approval gates, or other safeguards;
• or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

Hosted agents act with your consent and, by default, ask for your approval before sensitive actions. You can pause or kill any agent at any time. AI output can be wrong — review important actions before relying on them. You are solely responsible for the agents you run and the actions you authorize, and we are not liable for those outcomes (see the Liability Disclaimer).

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed period (monthly or annual) and end when that period does unless you renew; nothing renews or charges automatically today, and if we introduce automatic renewal we will tell you in advance and give you a way to cancel. Your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. The free tier includes a one-time 30-day trial allowance of managed usage; after the trial, only purchased top-up credits spend, or bring your own API key or upgrade. Managed usage is metered in credits (1 credit = $0.001 of real compute) against your plan's monthly allowance and any top-up credits you purchase; top-up credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Usage limits, fair-use caps, and per-account spend caps apply. Prices may change on prospective notice.

You retain ownership of the content and instructions you provide. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service (for example, to process your prompts through AI providers and to run your agents). You are responsible for having the rights to the content and accounts you connect.

Our agent profiles are independent editorial assessments and may contain errors; verify details with each vendor. Listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement, and trademarks belong to their owners.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including billing owed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version before you next use agent features.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
