Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.

The Service uses third-party AI models. AI-generated output can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable, and may “hallucinate” facts. You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose of any output.

The Service can build and run autonomous agents that take actions on accounts and services you connect (for example sending messages, creating or deleting data, scheduling, or making purchases or payments). You are solely responsible for the agents you configure, the permissions and connections you grant, the instructions you give, and the actions your agents take.

We provide safety controls — human-approval gates for sensitive actions, per-agent spend caps, run caps, and a kill switch — but these are aids, not guarantees. They may fail, be misconfigured, or be disabled by you. You are responsible for monitoring your agents and maintaining appropriate safeguards, backups, and approvals. We are not liable for the outcomes of actions an agent takes under your authorization.

The Service integrates with and links to third-party products, models, connectors, and websites that we do not control. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, security, pricing, or conduct. Directory profiles are independent editorial assessments that may contain errors; verify details with each vendor. Trademarks and brands belong to their respective owners, and listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AGENT SELECTOR, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR THE ACTIONS OF ANY AGENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Selector and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, the actions of agents you run, your content or instructions, or your violation of these terms or any law or third-party right.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version above and ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use agent features. Your continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
