Privacy Policy

• Account info: your email, name, and — only if you choose phone verification — a phone number.
• Usage: quiz answers, searches, agents you build or save, run history, and audit logs of the actions your agents take.
• Technical: IP address and basic device/log data, used for security and anti-abuse.
• Connected accounts: when you connect an app, access is scoped to what you approve and credentials are vaulted by our connector provider (Composio). We do not store your raw OAuth tokens.
• Bring-your-own-key: when you supply your own model API key in the builder, it is used to make the request you asked for and is not persisted on our servers.
• Payments: processed by our payment processors (Square and/or Stripe). We never receive or store full card numbers.

To provide and improve the Service, match you with agents, run the agents you authorize, prevent fraud and abuse, meter usage against your plan, and process payments. We do not use your private content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

Running or building an agent sends the relevant prompt and context to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Moonshot) to generate a response. Those providers process the request under their own terms and, for our managed usage, on a no-training basis where offered. When you bring your own key, your request goes to that provider under your account.

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete an agent or your account, associated data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (for example, billing records) to meet legal or accounting requirements.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, scoped and vaulted connector credentials, row-level access controls in our database, and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can disconnect apps, delete agents, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA — including the rights to access, port, correct, delete, and object to certain processing. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. If you use Agent Selector on behalf of an organization (including a law firm or other professional practice) and process data subject to confidentiality or a data-processing agreement, contact us at privacy@agentselector.ai to request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). You remain responsible for ensuring your use of agents and connected accounts complies with your own confidentiality and regulatory obligations.

We and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
